Baby Bogenschutz!!!!

We finally got around to taking prego pictures! I wish I had started earlier but this works great. This pregnancy has been going so well...I don't have anything to compare it to but stories I hear and a co-worker who is a couple of weeks farther along than I am. My co-worker was so sick for so long that it was pretty easy to figure out she was pregnant. I, on the other hand, hid my pregnancy pretty well. I haven't been sick. I just suffer from exhaustion (not that bad...but still...super super tired!) I was able to make it 17 weeks before someone at work asked me if I was expecting. Now things just keep progressing. I can feel movements every once in a while...I think. I really don't know what to look for but I know that those movements aren't gas so I just assume that's what it is. So here are the latest pictures starting at 18 weeks.
(please ignore the pasty white skin...)
We had our BIG ultrasound at 20 weeks to check gender and make sure the baby is healthy, all the organs are where they should be, the spine is good, the heart is still beating strong....all that important stuff. It was so fun! There was a huge TV suspended from the ceiling that we got to watch it all on. It was awesome to see the baby and see its little legs and feet and we were able to get a very good view of the gender...our baby was not shy and was so very active! I guess we'll see what this little guy is like once he comes out!

And here are some ultrasound pictures...
These first ones are from our very first appointment back in December. Just a little thing. The last picture there took forever to get. The doctor just needed to take a measurement but the baby wouldn't stay still long enough. But we got one eventually!
The first picture are the baby's arms and the other is a great profile shot.

The next picture are of the baby's feet, crossed legs, and then....yep...it's definitely a BOY!!
These last two are full body profile pictures. Poor thing looks so crowded. Only 20 weeks left...give or take a couple of days or so.

Now Presenting...

The newest members of the Bogenschutz family...
Jasper and Deloris
our new gold fish!!!!!!

I love this next picture....it's almost like they are saying "Huh?!"
Now comes our next challenge....keeping them alive! So far so good! We originally went to PetSmart to get the fish but they wouldn't sell us gold fish because we didn't have at least a 2 gallon with an air pump. Weird!
