One nice thing about living just off Center and Main in Lehi is we don't have to worry about parking for parades. We just walked two houses down and waited for the parade. It was so so so hot. Chris kept pouring water on Lincoln to help him cool off...his poor cheeks were so red. Lehi has 3 parades-a horse parade (which is what all these pictures are from), a mini parade with just local floats, and a grand parade with everything. It was a lot of fun!

Bird Show
During Lehi Round Up, the cities celebration, there was a bird show. Crystal and I took our little boys and had fun looking at the birds of prey.
Happy 3 years to us!!!
This was such a great year! Three years has gone by so quickly! But we got to celebrate with some fun things this year. We went to Tuacahn and saw Mary Poppins....A-MAZ-ING!!!! It really was so great and we definitely want to go back again. Then we got to stay at a pretty sweet place right at the entrance of Zion's. We walked around, enjoyed the gorgeous views, and then left before it got too hot. It was such a great weekend!
We are moving!
Oh...how sweet those words are! After a long long long house hunting adventure (it may or may not have been completely awful for a lot of the hunting) we finally found a house and are signing all the lovely paperwork on Monday! We have been preparing for the worst (having it not work out...again) but hoping for the best. We just packed our first couple of boxes today. It is such an exciting time but a little scary because it comes with so much more responsibility than renting...but it will be ours! Here's a sneak peak picture...more pictures to come as soon as we get the keys! YAY!!!!!!
Happy 1st Father's Day
What a memorable day! For Father's Day we were at a family reunion up in the mountains. It was a fun weekend. Father's Day came super early and didn't start out with breakfast in bed! Lincoln kept our cabin up for a couple hours being less than cooperative. We just couldn't figure out what was bothering this little boy. We finally were able to get him to sleep for a few hours and then the sun came up and so did Lincoln. Being tired, dirty, and hungry leaves one to be on their way to grumpiness. But luckily we all got some food in our tummies and got in a good nap. We weren't able to celebrate Chris and all of his wonderfulness as an amazing husband and such a good daddy the way we wanted so we are moving Father's Day to the following Sunday. Thanks Chris for being so wonderful!!
Just For Lincoln
I decided I needed to be a little crafty this weekend and Lincoln needed something new to play with...
so I made an I spy bag and a toy box.
His toys used to fit in this nice little basket and fit nice in the corner. Then all of a sudden his toys were taking over the living room! It was driving me crazy. Solution: the junk wood pile in our back yard. I found a few things and made a crate-like box....I kinda like it and it was free! I even had all the screws and paint on hand...love it!
