We decided to have fun this time finding out the gender of this baby. I was really torn doing something like this because parties are a LOT of WORK! And then they are over so quickly. But I'm so glad I did it. It was a blast!
We had little mustaches and lips so you could put your vote in whether you thought it was a girl (lips) or a boy (mustache). Lincoln picked both...

We made our guesses too...sort of. Chris decided to cheat and looked at the ultrasound so he knew before. So we just picked one of each for a cute picture :)

Chris thought it would be funny to cut the cake like you would at a wedding reception...guess he really wished we would have had a cake at our wedding...but it was fun to cut it together even though Chris already knew what was inside. I was excited to be surprised. Up until the ultrasound I totally thought it was a girl but then Chris said "I know what it is without a doubt." I thought, how can you know it a girl without a doubt...what if it's really a boy and he's really good at hiding...So I was conflicted...Boy or Girl? I had no idea anymore.
But...the cake was pink...IT'S A GIRL!!!!!! I was just a little excited.
I'm so excited for this little girl to come into our family. It will be a new adventure. Chris and I were just talking about how we feel like we just barely got the boy thing down and now we have to switch gears and learn girl stuff. It will be great! Chris says now that we will have one of each we are done....I guess only time will tell :)
